Mobile Banking:
Log into the Kotak - 811 & Mobile Banking App
Select Image Debit Card under 'Cards' on MyKotak screen, or
Go to Apply now > MyImage Card
Net Banking:
Log into Net Banking > Go to Debit Card > Apply for MyImage Card
